Sophie Li Patrick

Sophie Li Patrick serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Gold Eagle Investments, specializing in the sale of multifamily property throughout Texas.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Patrick served as a real estate agent for DFW Homes in Dallas, Texas. As an industry rookie, Patrick actively established new accounts and facilitated transactions including two commercial transactions with a value in excess of $7.5 million in addition to several residential transactions. Her responsibilities also included implementing an effective marketing plan, managing properties and assisting clients with the relocation process.

Patrick earned a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, Patrick served as a board member for the U.S./China Chamber of Commerce in Dallas.
